Elizabeth，onherside，hadmuchtodo。Shewantedtoascertainthefeelingsofeachofhervisitors;shewantedtocomposeherown，andtomakeherselfagreeabletoall;andinthelatterobject，whereshefearedmosttofail，shewasmostsureofsuccess，forthosetowhomsheendeavouredtogivepleasurewereprepossessedinherfavour。Bingleywasready，Georgianawaseager，andDarcydetermined，tobepleased。

Elizabethwaspleasedtofindhismemorysoexact;andheafterwardstookoccasiontoaskher，whenunattendedtobyanyoftherest，whetherallhersisterswereatLongbourn。Therewasnotmuchinthequestion，norintheprecedingremark;buttherewasalookandamannerwhichgavethemmeaning。
